I went into the Taunton branch of Pandora today to see if it was possible to exchange a bracelet, that I had bought online, for a bigger size.I was served by Kerry who was so cheerful and helpful that, I believe, she deserves recognition.I had been a bit concerned about posting the item back and ordering the bigger size but she just exchanged it there and then.What a great advert for the company. Great job!

New to Pandora shopping as always wondered what all the fuss was about.However I have to say that what they do they do extremely well.Beautifully presented products and service absolutely second to none!Lovely.

Brought a lovely bracelet but unfortunately it broke within a month of purchase. Took it back and was replaced immediately. The lady who served me was excellent. I have always had such amazing service while in this store and will continue to shop there. Customer service at its best.

I went in to the Taunton store last week and I was served by Kelly, who was really lovely and friendly. I had a few questions about the cleaning kit they sell which I then bought. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it'll get my jewellery back to looking sparkly and brand new. I always prefer going in to the store rather than shopping online as I always get such fantastic service and every member of staff I've spoken to have been so nice.

Very very helpful staff unfortunately didn't get the girls name but nothing was to much trouble for her ,real customer based service . Excellent knowledge of products and prices as well. Popped in to change a birthday present to a bigger size. Would recommend a visit if you need that sort of thing .

I went in to the Taunton store on Saturday and I was served by Alicia. It was clear they had been quite busy and it was only just starting to calm down at the time I went in which was near to the end of the day. I received absolutely first class customer service from Alicia, who helped me with my purchase.I didn't know which size I needed to try on so she got a few different sizes so I could compare them depending on whether I wanted charms on the bracelet or not. She even got one off of display for me as it was the only one left in that size, which ended up being the size I needed. I spent around £250 in total in the store and that was thanks to Alicia's hard work and excellent customer service.I had originally gone in for 6 items as the 3 for 2 offer was on, however after Alicia showed me the jewellery boxes that were on offer I also bought a large jewellery box. Alicia helped me get the best offer in regards to the 3 for 2 offer and all the items being different prices.I am really happy with my purchase, I absolutely LOVE my new Pandora items, and my experience was made even better by Alicia, I don't have enough words to describe how lovely, helpful and friendly she was. I would definitely recommend this store, I would give more stars if I could.
