Have been looked after by Ellis today and it was a very enjoyable Pandora experience. As an ex Pandora employee somehow I didnt shop in Pandora for quite I while (Possibly bought a bit too much at some point of my life ?) Ellis made my decision making super effortless and made me feel welcome enough for me to start wanting to come back to it again ?

On December 24th I came to choose a gift for my girlfriend. One of the girls working there was frankly not interested in helping me, I got the impression that she wanted me to choose something as soon as possible, or just leave. With such an attitude towards customers, you have no place to work there. I would rather go to another city for shopping than deal with such rude, ill-mannered employees.

Working in retail during the Christmas period can be brutal. Today, (boxing day) I was greeted with smiling faces and was served by a lovely young lady called Molly. Thank you to the lovely ladies in the Taunton Pandora store today for managing to smile when you probably all wanted to be at home.

I visited the Taunton store on December 23, 2024, at 12 noon, and I have never encountered such rude and confrontational staff. The lady who greeted us at the door was extremely unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of manners and customer service skills. It is a real shame, as this store is a great addition to Taunton town centre, but due to poor customer service, particularly from the staff member at the door, it leaves a negative impression. I hope this issue is addressed, as the store itself has a lot of potential.

We went in to buy a birthday present for our daughter. The member of staff that served us was very friendly and helpful. She asked what we were looking for and once we told her she talked about the different options available and then got out examples for us to look at. She allowed us all the time we needed to look at the options and decide, without putting pressure on us to hurry the purchase. Absolutely brilliant customer service, we will definitely use this store for all future Pandora purchases.
