I honestly give up using this store. (proiswood road)
Every week there?s an issue and it?s always something different.
Using Evri for parcels and picking up household essentials as it?s a ?convenience store? is a joke.
Even if they do have what I need it?s usually battered, past its date or they don?t have it.
Few weeks ago their Evri label dispenser was ?out of order?
Last week their charger was broken for the scanner.
Week before they ?couldn?t take anymore parcels?
And this morning I left half an hour earlier for work to drop parcels off, 7:05 and women comes out saying her 2nd person hasn?t showed up and can?t legally open.
The older guy with longer grey hair is always huffing, swearing, muttering and the older women clearly hates it there, never seen anyone smile in there.
Management need to step in as the previous reviews I?m not the only one that feels that way.

Some days they won?t give you your parcels.
Even though the delivery says you can collect it and there?s nothing saying what days you can and can?t collect. Wasted 3 trips over the last few months

Terrible customer service. Kept waiting in a big queue of customers as staff felt parcels and online orders were a priority. When asked if they would be serving customers they said they were busy and didn't apologise. On the contrary very rude, angry looking and disrespectful. Shopped there before when different staff are on and it was a pleasant experience. Poor management decision to treat customers in the store like that

The staff always try their best to help here.
I always felt sorry for them having to deal with parcels on top of all of the work involved in running a shop, so glad to hear that they're limiting parcel collections to 6am-6pm. This is from someone who mostly goes there to pick up parcels and will be inconvenienced by this change, but I think it's sensible and will make life a lot easier for the staff who didn't seem very well supported in this previously.

Customer service is appalling and quite shocking how an employee who works there wants you to leave the shop because your baby is crying and he tried overcharging me then launches my change across the counter and laughs about it I'm quite disgusted how the new staff are quite blunt and today was very rude I will not shop in that store again I will take my money elsewhere that treat customers with respect
