An expensive international plan that is NOT international.
A text when you are outside of O2's international plan to buy more data at a minimum of £29, that doesn't cover any texts or calls.
Be very careful if you travel overseas, even with a so-called international plan.
Dreadfully rude and unhelpful employees, too.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Zero stars if it was possible!

Went in today to buy new phone. Chris showed me options and offered me a very good deal. The screen on my old phone was badly damaged and virtually unreadable but he managed to successfully transfer all the data. I returned to the store when the data transfer was complete and was served by a young lady with a very pleasant personality (didn't get name) who completed the set up and ensured I was happy. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Well done!

Went to collect a order i paid for but this one staff could be more helpful, telling me straight away i couldnt get it bec i dont have a photo id,i said it didnt say on the site that i need to bring one,but this staff is the most upfront person working in retail ive ever come aceoss,as if its a crime to approach him.

False advertising of free item when purchasing new phone. False information given as to how to receive free item. No email or text messages received, no help when calling to ask how to claim from employee who served me or manager. Feel very let down and won't be buying anything from O2 Taunton again.

Not helpful when phone was locked when changed to O2. Told only way to fix it was a factory reset and fact that it was locked was nothing to do with moving to O2. They were wrong on both counts. Unlocked it by switching it off for 30 minutes rather than losing all data. Common issue when switching provider.

Very helpful got new phone, but sadly, Sim didn't connect properly. I went back as advised when I called Store, and Sim was replaced. The new phone working fine thank you for excellent customer service ?
