I do like this store and the staff are friendly and helpful every time. I just wish it was open earlier! Why does it open so late in to the morning? It?s really annoying for anyone with a job.

Tattooed member of staff intimated me as she walked in looked me up and down muttered a nasty offensive comment, a woman quite short didn't come across as very pleasant , thought she was going to have a go at me as I was leaving have no idea why, staff aren't meant to feel threatening to customers are they?

Great store.
Cannot praise the staff enough for their level of customer service.
They never appear to be judgmental or patronising in any way.
Always friendly and helpful.
Also their clothes have been really nice lately .

I brought flip flops unfortunately one of them was a smaller size! I didn't have a receipt but rang in to see if I could exchange them I thought I wouldn't be able to without it! But I spoke with a lovely lady called Charlie and she had the problem solved and another pair of flip flops waiting for me for when I got there! she was amazing I would say she went above and beyond to help me! Thankyou so much ????

Visited the Taunton store just to browse today and ended up finding a lovely pair of boots on sale and some fluffy Halloween socks. I was served by Lauren on the till and she was so lovely and friendly, apparently I was the first person she's served who has bought Halloween stock (I love Halloween so it's never too early for me). You can tell when someone is genuinely friendly and Lauren really was, and since I was having a bit of a meh week she really cheered me up so thank you for that. You don't always get that these days.
