When I tried to pay in a cheque at the machine it wouldn?t take it, I told the woman at the help desk and she didn?t offer to try, she just told me to queue in an extremely long queue to pay it in at the counter. No personal service at all, the lady at the counter was lovely. Aug 1st 23 AM

I switched from Lloyds to Nationwide a couple of years ago because Lloyds staff refuse to accept some people don't like to use machines when humans are available. Glad I switched all the staff in this branch are really friendly and helpful.

I was told that my savings account would be cancelled as it is no longer something supported by Nationwide. I have received virtually no help in arranging an alternative with Nationwide. I am now forced to move the not inconsiderable sum to another organisation. I have been in to the branch where the man I spoke to admitted he knew nothing about business savings accounts. The on line application would not complete because my computer is older and did not support the Adobe thing so I was unable to download or print the terms and conditions. Total nightmare! I have wasted 2 hours on this today.

Great staff went in today for a new card reader as the battery ran out on mine.girl on the welcome desk was lovely and helpful,gave me a new one without as fuss and said anymore problems just pop back in,couldn't ask for more.
