When I tried to pay in a cheque at the machine it wouldn’t take it, I told the woman at the help desk and she didn’t offer to try, she just told me to queue in an extremely long queue to pay it in at the counter. No personal service at all, the lady at the counter was lovely. Aug 1st 23 AM
