Waiting 30mins for a table only to find out they had nothing available on the children’s menu and most of the main menu was not available due to chicken shortage!!!

I ordered a takeaway and received burnt food, the chicken was overcooked, the chips were way too salty and hard.
I had to throw my food away!
I feel sooo annoyed as I hate wasting money and food!
I’m not happy about how I was treated.
I’ve requested a refund from nandos as I’m so disappointed!
