Recently bought a suit that looked very smart. Had to alter the sleeve length which took nearly a month.
Shock horror when I put the suit on to attend a function, only to find that all external pockets on the jacket and waistcoat did not in fact exist!!! I took said jacket and waistcoat back to be changed as there was obviously something wrong in the manufacture of both pieces.
Not a bit of it!!! I was told that all their jackets and waistcoats were made like this, and lo and behold I tested the ?pockets of all the ?off the peg suits? and none of them had pockets. They just looked as if they had pockets.
It was explained to me that Moss Bros do not put pockets in their off the peg suits. Couldn?t believe it.what a cheap trick to play on customers. No mention of this of course when deciding to make a purchase.
All about profiteering. Not the customer.
Never again!

Amazing service from Anthony for the past few weeks helping me choose a suit for my Dad?s funeral, not the easiest time for me but he was super helpful and gave me loads of great advice. Very happy with my suit - lovely quality and fit as always from Moss.

Fine enough store. However, they claim to only do e-mailed receipts. Again, fine enough. Up until I received unsolicited marketing in my emails from Moss Bros, and noticed on the email receipt that I was opted into marketing.I never consent to marketing.Next time ask for consent. Mine was never given. Nor would it ever be.

It can be difficult to find a Trench/Overcoat in stock, off the shelf, especially in Taunton. Tried Moss Bros and they had various colours, sizes and styles. The helpful assistant helped me choose the right one and then prepped it for me to wear straight away. The coat is beautiful, heavy, warm and smart looking. The price was good for the quality, I will be shopping here again.

Unprofessional. Quite funny, i was asked for guidance from an other customer must have believed i was worked there as well, the ?gentleman? salesman was listening through the conversation patently.The suits material weren?t the best compared to its price.

Very pleasant young man on the front door & till however disgraceful manager who can simply described as rude and should not be working in direct contact with customers! Truly a shame for such a brand. Won?t be back.

I dropped in on Saturday to pick up a suit and I just wanted to say , what a pleasure it was dealing with Geoff the older gentleman , he was so helpful and talked me through the fitting and options available to me. Absolute exemplary service from Geoff, what a nice man! Will be back and also recommending friends.

Dropped by this morning for a double cuffed dress shirt and the service from the elder gentlemen was absolutely exemplary, couldn't do enough for me and a pleasure to speak with. Once again Moss Bros comes up trumps for all my suit and formal needs.

Went into Taunton moss bros to buy a pair of chinos what a lovely gentleman who served me ask me to come out of the changing room to have a look at my fit talked me through it it was a pleasure to do business with this older gentleman will be back very soon thank you
