What can I say about Matalan? Actually not bad then staff are very friendly and helpful and polite lots of choices for clothing but the only thing I can think of is that they don't stock larger clothing for the bigger person

It is always great shopping at Matalan. HAYLEY was brilliant today. She helped me today at the till and because of her I saved 20% on my shopping! If it wasn?t for Hayley I would?ve never seen the offer that was advertised. Her quick thinking and presence of mind to help me with that offer is indeed highly and truly appreciated! She is an asset to the store ?

Went into Matalan filled with hope to get a new shirt for my brother?s funeral. This very helpful young woman helped me find out the perfect shirt which was an appropriate size for my chest and collar. Establishment was kept clean and organised, will be visiting soon.

Would be great to give 0 stars!! I came in to look for baby clothes as I was super excited after finding out I was having a little girl. Every time I turned around there was the same two staff members following me and staring, I even went to the women?s section to see if they had any maternity clothes and low and behold they were right behind me staring at me!! I went to the home section and they followed me all over the shop. The shop was awfully empty of customers so it?s clear they were bored. I?ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my life. This shopping visit was a real horror. Don?t go unless you want to be made to feel like this..

I really enjoy the quiet shopping atmosphere at our neighbourhood branch, trouble is not much to my taste in there at the moment. Even the Christmas Pjamas were somewhat disappointing.
