I had such a lovely experience at the Lush shop in Taunton. Lyra was so helpful and explained everything with such warmth and friendliness. She made me feel really welcome and went out of her way to help ? such great customer service! Thank you, Lyra, for making my visit so enjoyable.

I absolutely love this store every time I go in there everyone is so lovely and helpful I have 2 staff members which I get along with very well as I go in there often so got friendly with them I always have a welcoming experience and get fantastic customer service! I leave everytime feeling happy with my purchases and the help and nice small chats I have with the ladies (:

I am not a mistery shopper or some critic I am no one special but yesterday when I came into lush in taunton and I was made to feel like I was a celebrity!! I am naming and shaming Sophie a truly kind person and a wonderful member of the team. Me and my sister in law were simply passing through in the afternoon before I had to head to work. We had walked in and sophie was there to greet us and very easily joined our conversation and learned from listening to us what our differences where in skin types what issues I personally surrer with on my face and even made a point to make sure that everything both product and technique she had offered as a suggestion wouldn't cause any reactions as I have certains allergies. She then offered tester pots. Now for someone like me I always prefer to try for a few day before actually buying to make sure that its the product for me. Sophie bless her heart again listened to me and made sure that with these tester posts I had 2 days of use for each product to make sure I was getting a good understanding of what I should be doing and if my skin would improve and like these new creams and scrubbs. She then offered an impromptu facial. I and my sister in law where getting a little pamper service before I had to go to work. I didn't know that lush offered these services but they do and apparently offer so much more. We had a great time with Sophie going through how best to use what she had recommended what the benefits are to using these products and honestly it just felt really amazing to walk in and feel like I was someone special. Sophie was kind, considerate, friendly and funny she clearly loves her job and shows with how she looked after us. I sincerely hope Sophie gets the recognition she deserves and is rewarded appropriately for her hard work show of knowledge and customer care. Again I am naming and shaming you Sophie for doing a wonderful job.

I went to Lush in Taunton for a belated birthday treat to myself as I know that going to a Lush store is more than just shopping! Not only did I buy all the treats I was hoping to get, I spent a lovely hour or so browsing all the products, receiving a wonderful massage and some free samples to try at home. Best of all was chatting with the lovely staff. All of them were super friendly, attentive and kind, a real credit to the store. Especially Amy, who gave me the massage. Thank you Amy, you made my 65th birthday very special memory. I love all the Lush stores, the Taunton one is slightly smaller than others, but what it lacks in size is well and truly made up for by the great staff! All the products I was hoping to find were in stock and available. Thank you Lush!

The people in Lush are always nice and the products are fine, but I wish there was a plain black soap and a plain white soap. I don't know what the products should be called and I think the name of the shop should be called something else.

Went into Lush Taunton today and the customer service was exceptional. Amy D in particular was absolutely brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge of products was incredible (the arm massage was amazing). Other companies could certainly learn a lot about customer service from Lush staff. Thank you so much to Amy and the rest of the team, I?ll be in again soon.

Great customer service, also the products whilst pricey are great. The scented body washes they sell last a long time and are all handmade, plus I can rest assured knowing the products I'm using are ethical.

Another great Lush experience today. Only popped in to get the violet cream conditionner to go with my shampoo ? The Easter collection is amazing I couldnt resist and it all smells absolutely incredible and great prices. I was soo excited to see the mine craft range was back!! Also got a great present for my friend too. Jess was the lady who I mainly spoke too and she was super friendly and chatty which was lovely. It was great getting some insight on all the products.
