Stood at the reception queue for a while but there didn't appear to be anyone so I went and joined the teller queue. When I finally reached a teller she told me she couldn't help and I need to join the reception queue again! Very bad first impressions given I only opened an account with them month ago. I had to go into branch to request a debit card.
