“My husband bought me a lovely bouquet of pink roses for my birthday.Despite following the care instructions once in the vase some were dropping within a day and the rest were going brown within 3 days. “Popped in to pick up a couple of bottles of red (a Rioja and something from Majestic's Parcel series) and was in a bit of a hurry because we had our puppy with us. The colleague who served us couldn't have been more helpful, immediately finding the exact bottles we were looking for and explaining how to get the best price (with their Mix Six deal). The colleague, who's name I didn't catch, helped us sign up for a membership and even let our puppy come in and say hello. It was just brilliant customer service and we'll definitely be back because of it.”
