I had a bit of a nightmare recently when a valve snapped while putting air in my tyres at Morrisons and the whole tyre deflated. I was panicked, anxious and didn?t know what to do, so I went straight over to Kwik Fit (my first time there) and asked if they could help. The team were absolutely brilliant ? so kind, friendly and reassuring. They sent a technician straight over who removed the tyre, fitted a new valve, and then they even checked and did the air in all four tyres for me. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish, and they turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience. I?ll definitely be going back to Kwik Fit if I need anything done on my car. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys!

I use the garage regularly as I feel it?s a trustworthy garage with staff that are knowledgeable and helpful.
John the manager is always really helpful and makes sure we are satisfied with the work that has been completed.

The service was excellent and not only did the staff fit a new tyre we wanted and needed, but they also checked the whole car over and filled up our screen wash as well as checking and changing the tyre pressure. Very friendly very efficient and I will definitely be coming back.

I arrived with a flat tyre and i had to have my car the next day to look after my 3 yr old granddaughter who has down syndrome. So i couldn't leave it.
Despite the fact they had no appointments John fitted me in saying he would help with the work himself where necessary. They gave first class service and found the tyre that was most appropriate for my car but not too expensive.
They worked quickly and professionally and while i waited i saw them give the same great and helpful service to other customers.
I will definitely be going back in because they certainly have my trust and confidence in a job well done and the great service they provided. They have my grateful thanks!

Such a great experience at Kwikfit Taunton today. So grateful that they managed to fit my car in, to enable my homeward journey to continue - and for the checks and advice they gave on my other tyres. Great service, for which I?m hugely grateful! Highly recommended?

Very friendly team, the work carried out was nearly 50% cheaper than another garage quoted and we didn't need a brake caliper like the other garage said, just some maintenance. Saved nearly £400 very well done and will use again without doubt.
