FYI this is the same as the Motor Company Taunton, a Mitsubishi specialist. This garage told me on drop off of my Shogun (with engine fault light illuminated for their further diagnosis) they were able to go much deeper than the RAC's diagnostics (which I shared with them) to find the source of the problem. They failed to do so, wiped the fault, agreed to a reduced cost of 180 pounds (having led us to believe they could find the problem) and returned the vehicle. In short order the vehicle again had the same fault. Again it was returned to the garage with the same error code. On this occasion the garage instead said they had found a separate physical fault with a hose system (nothing to do with the error codes) and were pleased to have identified something related to the problem they could not previously solve. They requested to order parts to fix this problem which we approved. They kept the car for several weeks then charged us 470 additional pounds and waved my wife off without any mention of there being any ongoing fault. On the A road home the fault immediately came back. This is not exercising due care and attention. In two phone calls they refused to either a) negotiate to refund us in whole or in part b) accept any responsibility at all c) to take the car back and further investigate the fault. I am not sure if this is still an official Mitsubishi dealer / customer service outlet or not but I would recommend to all to take due note of my experience - we went to the Mitsubishi specialist instead of our trusted local garage for good reason and instead experienced the worst customer service of our lives in the autotrade over 20+ years of owning vehicles. Karl and his team saved our holiday.We were 200 miles from home and the alternator on our Jag XF packed in. The car was still running, so I visited the local KwikFit, who were very helpful and diagnosed the problem, but said it was a job they couldn't take on.The local Jaguar dealer told me it would be WEEKS before they could fit us in.The RAC recommended K & R and took us to the premises. Karl understood our plight, ordered the parts, and fixed it in 24 hours! I can't praise them enough. Thanks to their work we were able to continue a holiday that had very nearly been ruined.

Bought a 2016 car in this garage ,they told me the car hasn't involved any accident before but I found out the head light and bumper has broken and cracks . When I bought the car it was a rainy day I couldn't see the car underneath properly ,few days later (sunny day) I looked at underneath of the car it's wet everywhere, it was oil leak !! End up I paid extra £75 to get that fixed. Also the original car Jack is missing, No wheel brace come with the car, told them but no response until today. Left hand side light not working. Don't understand how they get the MOT done? A unhonest garage beware of this garage!

Vehicle Purchase - April 2021We found Dan Rawlings & Peter Watt gave my parents the most comfortable buying experience & decision towards their new Car purchase. For an elderly couple unused to the sales process they made it a pleasurable & not at all pressured environment to be in, whilst remaining professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind & courteous throughout. We decided to purchase a car from this garage as they seemed to friendly and not over the top trying to sell. We decided on a 2016 Kia Sportage that seemed to be in really good condition. It was due for a service which we were told would be completed before we picked up the car. When we picked up the car I decide to check to see if the service had been completed which is were the problem lies. The air filter, which is very easy to change and requires no tools, had not been changed along with the cabin filter which also requires no tools to change, was covered in leaves and debris. I also checked the oil which, in my opinion, had not been changed as the car is very low miles and this would have been its 3rd oil change. The oil had also been dangerously over filled, roughly about 10mm above the "FULL" mark. I contacted the garage to tell them what I had found. They said that there was a mistake in their garage and the filters had not been done but insisted the oil had been changed. We booked the car to go back to have the filters done. I was expecting for the air, cabin, fuel and oil filter to be done which would also mean the oil would be done due to changing the oil filter. The car was in the garage for less than 20 minutes. We had been told "all" the filters had been changed but they still insisted that the oil had already been done and they would not change it even though it had been considerably overfilled which also means they could not have changed the oil filter at this visit. When we got the car back home I checked the air and cabin filter. They had been changed but using what seems to be the cheapest filters made and the air filter had not been locked in place. We are very disappointed as we had spent all of our savings on this car and we were lead to believe that we could trust them. We also asked for the receipts for the service they had done and the previous services. We were told we could find these online through the previous garage. We haven't bought a car for along time so took their word that this is how it is done now. We have since checked for the service history and we are not able to find it online. We have also checked their website for the service they had claimed to have done but was not able to find it either. I will change the oil and filters with Kia approved oil and filters as I am not happy with that has been done and feel like we have just been fobbed off. We were also told by the sales advisor that it would have android auto/apple car play as it was a relatively new car but we later found out after we picked up the car that it does not. I honestly feel like I have been ripped off and hope this is just a one off problem?Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Highly recommend K.R. Bought another car from them this week. The service, The Staff is absolutely fantastic especially Karl & Steve. In 3 months of dealing with them im very impressed.
