Brian and his team did an excellent job of advising us and selling our Grade 2 listed farmhouse for the asking price, in a week of coming to market. From start to finish the team responded quickly and efficiently with all the admin that goes with selling a house. The photographers were excellent.Brian managed the relationship with the purchasers very professionally. In a ?buyers market? Brian and the team navigated us through the roller coaster that is selling your home. Thank you, we couldn?t have hoped for better service.

I recently purchased a property through Jackson-Stops. It was a small chain but extremely tricky at times and Brian's wisdom, experience, patience and humour saved both the chain and our sanity. Most importantly, he was able to keep the process positive, civilised, and all parties happy with the outcome. Pem was also fantastically efficient and supportive. We were incredibly lucky to find not only our dream home but such a fantastic estate agent to steer us through to completion.

Our estate agent for the purchase of our new home, Rob Yule at Jackson-Stops Taunton, was the most pro-active professional within our chain and managed to keep the lines of communication open, which really helped. We found the small team professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were willing to have a commercial discussion on valuation and ultimately leave the final decision up to us with their input on the market and comparatives. Our house had a large annex which was formerly a B&B and was really only suitable for a niche market and in truth was not so easy to sell. Jackson Stops found several buyers. On one occasion the chain broke but they carried on undaunted. Another time the potential buyer's own business was affected by Covid 19 restrictions and they had to pull out. But it was never a problem for Jackson Stops and eventually they found a buyer very close to the asking price which went through to completion. We have no hesitation in recommending Jackson Stops to anyone.

The service we received was outstanding throughout both difficult and complicated transactions, they managed the whole process from top to bottom, in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
