First time washing my car here! ! What a bad experience! Young rude foreigner lad that seems not happy to do his job , attending me at this site! Definitely I wouldn?t be back there! This boy needs to learn some basic education, and basic customer service! You will not see my money again! Probably I?m not the only one with some complaints! Please give him a lesson!

We visited the Imo Taunton Car Wash at Sainsbury's Hankridge Waythis car on Thursday 31 August. There were only 3 washes available so we opted for the £7.50 wash. We asked if it included a dry at end and guy just shrugged. Asked for receipt and he was reluctant to give one but did in the end. He was extremely rude and didn't seem like he wanted to be there at all. Just did really quick walk round pretending to spray wheels and bottom of body but barely touched it. Cleaned car 80% well but didn't get roof clean. Went into Sainsbury's Petrol Station to complain about him to be told its a franchise company. SAINSBURY'S think you might want to find someone else to run it as they are giving you a bad name. Would never return.

I used this site as my usual site was closed. I arrived with no queue, went to get the app up to pay but no signal in the area so it wouldn?t load, the guy was rude/frustrated that I didn?t have it ready. I paid cash, the car wash or the guy with the brush then cracked my windscreen. The rest of the car looked great but best to avoid!

First time using this car wash
Wont be going back, a surly young man who hardly spoke english, didn't really care about service.
Paid for the ultra wash.
The car wash itself wasn't very good, didn't really clean the car all over, the rear of the car wasn't much cleaner after the wash program
Certainly will not be going back.

My first visit to this car wash wasn?t great as the young man taking the order and payment was extremely off and not friendly at all. I had to go again as the alternative sire was closed for maintenance and was pleasantly surprised as the gentleman taking the payment etc was friendly and professional. I was reluctant to go back to this site last week, incase the unhelpful chap with attitude would be there but didn?t gave an option, so sadly he was working and sadly no improvement. Abrupt and unfriendly. Not welcoming at all. I think he needs a job where he doesn?t have to deal with the general public. I definitely won?t be going back to this location unless I can see a different member of the team working.

They get 2 for a decent wash as for staff, Miserable, unhelpful and DOWNRIGHT RUDE! Horrible. Last time I go back there!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Rude and aggressive attendant. Non existent customer service. I personally witnessed very confrontational and threatening behaviour towards a woman. To top it all off, the car wash also damaged my car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Generally good car wash but never open on time. Always has a sign out from 8.00am. Currently 8.24am and still waiting?

The attendant on today (20/01/2025) was so rude and blunt! Asked for a receipt for my transaction apparently he didn't have my receipt! Told him the machine snapped of my rear windscreen wiper and his response was a shrugged of shoulders and a wave of hands no words. Asked for manager, got ignored and asked for his name to put in a complain and he ignored me again. Little boy should not be working if he has zero customer service skills and doesn't care if the car wash breaks your car!!! First and last time using these guys!

The ladt two times i have gone through this wash, it took my near side mirror cover off, 1st time the older operative went back in recovered the cover, apologised fully and fitted it back on for me. 2nd time it took it off the young lad who must be one of the most rude misable youths I have ever seen or come across, looked at me as if I'd taken his teddy bear away from him didn't apologise or even offer to sort it out for me. Last time I'm going to this place, the young lad needs a lesson in manners, respect and customer service. Every time I have been here he has never spoken, thanked anyone or looked happy.
