Went to the carwash today and was after the basic wash. Got guided in to then experience an issue with the actual car wash itself. Car was in neutral, handbrake off. The machine kept stopping and the man couldn?t figure out why. The steering wheel kept spinning and the car was lifting? pulled down my window to show the member of staff that the handbrake was off and the gearstick was in neutral, after serval attempts I asked to reverse out as never experienced this before. He didn?t like this at first but I was worried about my car being damaged as he kept looking at the front tyre being concerned. Reversed out and I asked for a refund as not received the service I had paid for, he said no and said he would hand wash my car instead to which I agreed. He literally hosed it down for 5 seconds and told me to leave. I got out of the car to look and was shocked that he still expected me to pay. I asked for a refund again and he refused. Said his manager wouldn?t be happy. Said the machine has taken the money and nothing he could do. He started to lose his temper when I asked for the refund in cash instead, meantime, he had two vehicles actually in the car wash with it being stopped (waiting for more than 10 minutes)he had another two customers sat watching waiting to go through. I said he was making a scene for no reason as all I wanted was a refund and go to a different car wash. He then slammed down his equipment whilst saying nasty things and walked off, came out with the cash, he started to become very unpleasant and blaming me for not being in neutral (he even wobbled the gearstick himself). Shocking experience and very unprofessional. I went to a different car wash, same company? fine, no problems. So not sure what had happened here but the customer service was awful. Definitely would not recommend.

Really good mini valet and cool staff always talk to you like a friend I have washed my car in many places but nowhere like this place the staff are friendly people

Terrible place, NONE of the vacuum cleaners worked. Car wash would only take cash, staff could not care less. Avoid!

Car wash is supposed to close at 7pm, drove 30 minutes as this is the closest one, we got there at 6:32pm and it was already closed. We then used the machine next to the car wash where you pay to do it yourself and they are awful, it gives up after 2 minutes when you?ve paid for 4 minutes and the pressure is terrible.
Right next to the machine there is a huge hole in the ground I tripped on and injured myself

In the last 6 months this car wash has gone from a 9/10 now 0/10 get triple shampoo that's a joke now it doesn't cover car nor is there 3 colours in shampoo and they don't jet was off your car before entry they hose it down minimal effort pathetic ? will never go back after today AVOID don't waste your hard earned
