Staff did nothing to help my connection with my deaf father who had dimentia and had had numerous strokes.
They never informed me of his hospital admission to Musgrove Park hospital.Infact they did absolutely nothing to update me on my father's welfare.
The hospital rang me as Dad was dying
My whole expierience with House of St Martin was the staff do not really answee or return calls nor do staff get back to you on quirries one may have regards their loved one.
Shame on them and their total lack of sustaining family relationships.
Even the chairman of the Trust Langley never ever replied to my messages or calls.
