I have worked along side Nick and the Home Instead team, who are all very friendly, approachable and professional. The care that they have provided my client has been absolutely amazing. They cover all areas or care and are compassionate about doing their job well. All carers are very friendly and within a few days have built a very strong rapport with my client, giving the whole family peace of mind. Employed home instead after a rocky start with another care company.. they have restored our trust and confidence. They do a great job with my mum who has dementia and have a real personal touch, the are intuitive and kind. So glad we found these lovely people - thank you

I've been working for Home Instead for more nearly 4 months now. I wasn't confident at first having never been an employed carer before, but the whole team has been so supportive that I've been able to settle in very easily.I love that on my visits I nearly always find I have enough time to give clients more than just basic help and attention.If I had relatives in need of care I would definitely trust Home Instead carers to provide it!!!

I have recently returned to employment after over 18 years out to have my children.Returning to work as a single mother was very daunting but the team members at home instead have made the transition smooth and easy. They have welcomed me with open arms and been very helpful when issues have arose for me with my chronic illness which has allowed me to continue working with a plan that works for me.I?m so grateful to have a found a great company that really do care about you.

Home Instead has been looking after my mother who is 90 in February for two years. My mother has expressed she does not want to go into any type of home and wants to remain in her home.This has been made possible with the support of Home Instead who help with doctors appointments, shopping, hospital visits in addition to twice daily visits (which includes trips out) to support my mother at home.This also helps me greatly as I have to run a busy company and have limited time to visit my mother more than one or two times a week.This really is a good alternative to putting relatives into a home.
