“I recently moved all our care support to Prestige. The quality of care planning and delivery is far superior to that we have received previously. All staff are carefully matched to our needs presented for a meet and greet in advance of the shift and are briefed by the current carer.The management are great, happy to help and are keen to work with us to address any of the problems that occur because of our declining health and or premises issues (my house is just over 100 years old).
