“Got my sofa from here absolutely top notch customer service offerd on a 1-1 personalised basis . One member of staff that stood out for us was called Adam ! we felt he met and encouraged our individual vision such as overall home design, space requirements and alongside budget plans.I must say a very unique professional approach. With no pressure or obligation just advise if required. nothing is to much bother!Walking around, the staff are friendly and informative, Adam was kind enough to offer us coffees/ hot chocolate and cookies offerd to our kids. lovely personal touch and welcoming, clean and well layed out store.Easy wheelchair accessable parking and browsing space inside .This is one of the cleanest and well looked after stores weve been in.Every item and furnishings have been well thought out and creatively displayed.Prices are clear and well presented.My sofa is of outstanding quality!The delivery service people took great care in delivering it on time and even carrying all 3 pieces up stairs to our coach house , They even unwrapped it all and took all the packaging away and even demonstrated how to use the features while installing it for us. With welcomed advice on leather care and warrentys. They were also very hardworking and friendly people.I had my sofa as a knocked down price bargain ! If you are looking for a good quality browse or just some info for future referance this is the place to go iny opinion. “I tend to pop in every week for all my film and Music needs. Plenty of other products in here too such as t shirts, collectables etc. Always try to pop in when there's something on sale, as can be a little pricey, but I'd rather pay for that than digital media !!”

“The B&Q in Taunton is one of the larger B&Q stores. As a result, it has a broad selection of DIY and home improvement products. This includes some white goods and things like electric fires.

There is a huge garden section on the side of the store. which has garden furniture, garden sheds, fencing, garden decoration, and an abundance of plants.

Moving around the store is relatively easy as the aisles are very wide. It’s not always easy to find a member of staff if you have any questions, but when you do, the staff are always helpful.

There is a lift or stairs to the first floor. Here you can find most things to do with bathrooms and kitchens.”

“What an amazing service The Carpet Warehouse provide, from great customer service in store when choosing my carpets all the way to fitting. Everyone working for them is incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone on a budget.”

“We used Dream Doors to get a integrated dishwasher fitted in an existing kitchen unit that previously housed a cabinet. We were given a competitive quote and the job was done to our satisfaction. The team's attention to detail is admirable as the unit needed careful fitting so that it lined up within the existing cabinet doors. But the team didn't disappoint and have done a brilliant job. We'll definitely use them again for any future work that comes up.”

“Always a delight to visit this place. Staff are polite and friendly. Their collection of glass is fantastic and the prices remarkably good value. They also have a wide range of furniture, expertly restored, and again the prices are way below what you might expect. We never come away empty handed.”

“I am totally happy with my experience with this shop. My fridge had failed , ironically just after I had loaded it with fresh food ( maybe it thought it was too much!) and I rang and spoke to a guy there whose name was Ed, if I remember correctly. He’s only there Mon - Wednesday I believe, but he could not have been more helpful. Yes, they had another Zanussi fridge in stock which matched my broken fridges dimensions, we agreed a price, and he put sold on it on the understanding that if I hadn’t collected it by three, it would go back on sale. Reasonable condition of sale, so I arrived early, and Ed was just amazing . He was polite, helpful, and although busy cleaning items, chatty as well. I note that a previous reviewer sadly mentioned someone there having an aggressive attitude, well, they didn’t do the business much good because they only got one star! Ed is the reason I’ve given five stars, he even advised me to leave the fridge standing for 24 hours to let the refrigerant settle before turning on. That’s just plain, good old fashioned EXCELLENT and KNOWLEDGEABLE service . Just make sure you deal with Ed!The shop is like an Aladdins cave, with loads of good quality reasonably priced furniture , stereos , cookers, fridges , ovens , you name it, they seem to have it. Highly recommended.”
