Book a birthday party for my Daughters 12 friends. It was absolutely awful! No organisation from the staff, the games were cut short so they were upset ( we were not told it was timed ) there food was already all out on the table with a tray of drinks at the end ( we couldn?t remember what they had all ordered and either could they ) also not sure how long the food had been there.
One meal and drink was missing. Most of the time the staff were no where to be seen!
We even went there before booking the party to find out everything we needed to know and to find out what happens and how it all works and we?re told nothing other than to book it online!
I will never book a party there again!!

Not enough staff, glasses everywhere, no organisation. Pre booked a lane and drinks-still had to wait an hour & pester for drinks. I feel sorry for the 2 staff having to deal with everything. Also had to call for assistance twice for malfunctioning arcade machines. Kind of sucked the fun out of what should have been a great afternoon out.??

Yes we went into um the earlier to play fu games paul and we bought a pint of lager plane of day and we paid for it and it you never bought one over conical ever bought one over so we had to pay twice matt the super bowl customer service paul customer service and i wouldn't recommend going the absolute shambles

Friendly/helpful staff, great arcade, pool tables, and bowling facilities. My children always ask to go here due to these qualities. They also accept blue light discount.

not impressed with my experience today, walked into the ladies toilets, and had not a nice smell coming from in there. it was a nasty smell and shall not be going in there again, would expect toilet checks too!!! not a nice thing for customers to walk in to!

Was told on several occasions as we play pool there to come on a Sunday by staff its £10 for bowling per person for unlimited games 19:30 onwards , so we venture to go this weekend to be told its £11 pp and a minimum of 4 so the staff and manager said best they could do it for us to pay £44 for 4 people and we could do it... even tho there was only 2 lanes being used today as a typical Sunday... ? Also most of the arcade machines are in a need of repair state, air hockey and mario karts has be broken for over a year.

Do not call their telephone numbers! They are a premium rate number. We booked a kids party and just found phone calls on my wife's phone bill totaling £16 to book the party, absolute rip off!

Good service, fun bowling with family and friends. Since they have changed the pins to be held up by strings we have found they don't fall the same as they used to.Nice arcade section with a good range for all. Good fast service from the bar.

Just booked a family game for Sunday (or so I thought) my fat thumbs meant I had booked the Monday in error. I requested a call back to change the booking and within 5 minutes the call came through and a further 5 the booking was changed. Call was from a friendly and polite young man who made the problem go away in a seamless manner. Thank you for making something that is often difficult in other organisations simple ?
