Not enough staff, glasses everywhere, no organisation. Pre booked a lane and drinks-still had to wait an hour & pester for drinks. I feel sorry for the 2 staff having to deal with everything. Yes we went into um the earlier to play fu games paul and we bought a pint of lager plane of day and we paid for it and it you never bought one over conical ever bought one over so we had to pay twice matt the super bowl customer service paul customer service and i wouldn't recommend going the absolute shambles
