Good friendly helpful advice and service. Even though the store was busy staff made sure everyone was seen to and happy. I had work carried out. The parts were in store and professional attitudes, successfully outcome at an affordable price.

Attended the bike section a few days ago. I informed the guy behind the counter of my interest two Carrera bikes, he couldn?t have been less interested if he tried. Asked to use the WiFi to enable to order a bike but he informed me that Halfords didn?t have it there, therefore he couldn?t help. Asked to buy two bike lights with USB chargers but he said they didn?t have any, only to change his mind?.

Good availability of time slots - on the same day too. One star deducted for being kept waiting for 15 mins past my appt time without warning or explanation - but the fitter was excellent, speedy, professional and thorough. I?m very happy with the service I received .
