when i had difficulty in aquiring an mot after booking a date and time with Halfords Autocentre i had booked the wrong date and the team sorted out another visit much sooner than i expected, excellent team and very good after care.

Really helpful & polite. Popped by a day earlier than my booked appt and they fitted me in then instead which was great. Warning lights are stressful so good to get them checked.

Absolutely shocking.
Had 4 tyres replaced.
My locking wheel bolts are on too tight. I've replaced the LWN 3 times trying to get them off. 1 wheel now needs to be drilled out!
One tyre has been fitted incorrectly.
Each tyre shows in text 'inside' and 'outside' They have fitted one of them the wrong way.
Over £900 in tyres due to the ones I wanted and they can't get the basics right!
When I walked in to collect I was made to wait even though my car was outside. I stood in the waiting area watching 3 people change a brake light bulb! When I was served again after being told to wait they tried to charge me for an engine flush!
I asked what for, I only came in for tyres!
It turns out they didn't even car to ask who I was. I could have been in and out in 5 minutes.
Can't even get the basics right.
Will never go back.

Was a great experience, and would recommend to anyone looking for an A/C regas. I booked an appointment online, but I was a bozo and arrived on the wrong day, however the guys there were super understanding and told me they had time to fit me in. 5/5
