I'd bought a ring a year ago with super helpful staff, really honest and helpful.
i came in recently to get a resize on the same ring, different staff now. i had the price bumped up from their previous quote online. They said they would post it to me which i agreed too because i live a 2 hour drive away now, and then i receive a message that i need to collect it. So i drive all the way down and they say they've posted it. waste of my time and fuel with no offer of compensation or anything even after ive spent around £800. They claimed its all automatic, then whats the point in multiple staff hanging around the shop with nothing apparently to do.

I recently took my daughter to H. Samuel to have her ears pierced, and James did an absolutely fantastic job. He was professional, patient, and really put my daughter at ease throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made sure she felt comfortable, and handled it with great care and skill. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring thanks to him. We?re so happy with the result ? thank you, James, for making it such a positive experience!

Took my daughter in today to have her ears pierced. My daughter has autism and Dawn who done her ears for her was amazing with her so understanding with her and talked her through the whole things my daughter is very happy. ?

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced for her birthday. Jaii did an excellent job, perfectly placed in the middle of her ear lobes, beautiful white gold sparkly studs. Great job! Thank you.

Went into have my engagement ring repaired as lost a diamond. We had a few issues which were thankfully resolved quickly, but can not thank Dawn and the others enough. As problems resolved quickly. Now have my ring back all fixed and looking like new. Thank you all for your help. You are super stars.

We went in looking at wedding rings the gentleman called Jaii that helped us was incredible, brilliant at his job even guessed our ring sizes just by looking at our fingers, would highly recommend if u do go in ask for him
