Don't have a Greg's near us, so excited to eat in here. The lady was friendly and helpful, but the food wasn't as I knew it years ago, the shop was dirty, and the tables were dirty and unclean. The coffee was weak, and the tea was awful. Second time I've been disappointed with Greggs in the past 6 months. Getting too big and the quality is going down.

I love greggs but the staff need to bother putting in some effort, always better to go to greggs in person and avoid getting greggs delivered, last delivery consisted of 3 hot drinks not being sealed properly and all over the poor delivery drivers bag, they'd somehow managed to put the sticker seals on the cups without closing the lids down. Good job greggs

Ordered some lunch via. Just Eat and something was missing on the order.Called Greggs and Anthony handled the situation brilliantly. Made sure I got my food (and an extra slice of pizza) and a refund for the additional costs of re-ordering. Much appreciated.Food was hot and very tasty.Thanks guys!
