Waited 15 mins to collect a couple of bulbs, very slow no one else called to the front. Get my bulbs drive off and they're wrong to what I ordered. Now have to waste more time going back ????

Good prices, cheaper than GSF.Service could have been better.I entered to find nobody at the counter, was waiting over 5 minutes and all staff were in the back chatting and laughing.Another customer entered and we both waited another few minutes before somebody appeared. (Thought the door bleeper might prompt them!)I was collecting an order placed online a few hours prior but some items were picked off the shop shelves as I was there, so lucky nobody had bought them before I arrived.Prepare orders for collection in advance and be ready to serve customers!Parking minimal outside the unit.

I just wanted to say that in these days of 'mediocrity' and worthless 'sound bites' that I thought good service was a thing of the past .... Not so, as I found it in the very helpful and efficient service that Nick provided at the Taunton branch. Customer service at its best. Thanks Nick.

Guys in store are really helpful. But when placing orders don't believe what the website says about when your item will be ready to collect. I had a wasted journey because of this. I advise giving them a call prior to collecting your item or items. Other than that, I can't really fault them. Would have been 5 stars if not for this issue.

Nick was very helpful and made us both feel welcome he made the whole experience very easy going and even let us warm up by the heater. 10/10 customer service
