Disappointing service. Went in desperation for puncher that we had just picked up on the motorway. Really needed help to get it repaired or replaced.Was told it would be 6 hrs before they could fit me in as they were too busy! I accept this if people were queuing out the door! This pic was taken at the time, shop empty and three stood in garage all having a laugh and a brew.Went else where to a more professional garage

Such a helpful and knowledgeable Autocentre. I visited without an appointment yesterday as my car started making strange noises after driving through a deep paddle. The staff new straight away what the problem was, were able to help me on the same day and gave me good advice. Very impressed with customer service and will definitely be using this centre from now on.

Amazing service from the guys at ETB Autocentre. We were on our way home from holiday and ran into trouble with the car, phone up and they fitted us in within the hour and managed to fix our issues quickly and for a very reasonable price. Can't thank them enough as really helped us get back on our journey home. Would highly recommend.

I took my car in to ETB Taunton for an MoT on the 23rd August. Unfortunately, I had suffered a senior moment as the MoT was not due to the following day. However John and Daniel managed to shuffle things around so they could fit me in. I can truly say they went the extra mile and worked hard resulting in a very satisfied customer. Price was very reasonable too. Will definitely return and would certainly recommend ETB Taunton for car servicing and repairs.

I visited etc taunton after developing grinding brakes. Went in Friday afternoon and could see they were really busy. One of the guys looked at my car and said it needed doing quickly as my brakes were metal to metal. I took it in Saturday morning and the work was done promptly. My impression was that it was a very professional set up,the guys were very helpful and I didn?t feel ripped off. I will use again and would recommend to others.

These guys are amazing. Really helpful. Went in with loosing tyre pressure and they found hole and repaired. Quick efficient service. Rebooked for two other tyres quick response. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. John and Sam great team.

Was able to fit me in for 2 new tyres with short notice and even fitted my exhaust with shorter notice on the same day. Brilliant customer service and amazing car treatment.

Went to the Taunton branch today for a full service on our VW T5 Transporter.Price was as quoted and job done on time. They also gave us some great advice as we only recently bought our camper and needed to find a reputable garage.Great service all round and we found John and Sam very helpful and friendlyThoroughly recommended to anyone and we will always be using them.

First time using ETB. Rang and spoke to John as I needed a new trye and also a brake light bulb and John was very helpful and arranged an appointment for me early the following morning. Tyre fitted, brake bulb fitted and also indicator bulb, which they reccomeneded replacement, all done within 45 minutes. Thanks to all the team for a great service, fair price, and would highly recommend. Will definitely be using again!
