Unacceptable! Someone started using my old number in 2 day's ago! It's very unacceptable because it's can access my private personal accounts with that number but problem is I CANNOT ACCESS IT because it's ask for verify code to access it, I'm very disappointed! It's using my old number as I'm worried about my personal accounts! I likes to have the old number back, I had been tried and tried!Please help!

The staff member who helped me said without getting a deal I had to pay £150 upfront which was not OK in my mind and I told him no. I went to think and then went back and tried to get a deal. Apparently I couldn't get the deal. He mentioned again about the up front cost, I said my husband upgraded recently and he had nothing upfront to pay. Suddenly the Employee was able to offer me the upgrade for £50 upfront.

visited the store on 5th November approx 13:00. My partner and I were greeted at the door, she explained that she wanted to talk to someone about taking out a contract and we were asked to take a seat and someone would be with us shortly. Whilst sat there waiting, you start to look around, staff chatting to each other and then you notice the person who came in after you is already sat down talking to a member of staff. 2 more songs on the radio went by and we decided we were not going to be waiting any longer. As is always the way as soon as we go to leave by magic they have someone who can speak to us which at that point my partner felt under valued and wanting to leave. I did tell the staff member on the door that it was disappointing that they decided to see the person who can in after us first for him to say she only wanted a PAC code, not seeing the point to argue we left. You work in customer service where public perception is important. The time it took with her could have been the same time you could have spent with us or instead of staff chatting it could have been spent with us. Thankfully the other phone shop had better customer service skills and treated everyone equally.

Had a very poor experience with 4 phone contracts, problem after problem was told wrong information by numerous staff, promising that management would call me and didn?t, gave my business number to someone else with the same name!! Still not heard from the shop manager to discuss compensation, disruption to business, not a good experience!!!!

Came in yesterday to get a new iPhone and was served by Mack.. He was very helpful and managed to set me up with a new contract with ease. Took a little longer than I hoped, this was all down to the dated tablets that they are setting contracts up with. Mack is a great sales person and easy to talk to. Get him a new IPad!!

I was hoping for email to prompt a review?Last month I had my bag snatched from my lap in a car ,Well guess what it had my phone in it!I can't thank the guys in the Taunton shop enough for their help over 2 visits namely Mack and 2nd visit Brandon and a phone call from customer services in between. All staff were brilliant from walking in being seated and dealt with as soon as there was a free member of staff. I'm from Bridgwater and unfortunately our shop is closed ? Just saved an absolute fortune, have always been with Vodafone but called into EE today in Taunton and James was so helpful and service superb . My husband and myself are very happy customers and means hopefully I can cut my hours a little in care home with the money I am saving so a very happy new customer. Happy days ?

Great service the guy that served us was fantastic but when we first entered the shop I was met with by a girl that came across as rude she wasn't going to let us just look at the phones to see what we liked if the shop had been busy I could of understood why but it only had a few customers that were sitting with the staffWhen I questioned this she very reluctantly said ok look.Nearly walked awayBut as I said the guy who served us was great very helpful

Was hoping for a review email but didn?t receive one. I wanted to say how impressed I was with my service. I was served by a chap called Ollie, he was helpful solved my issue and showed me other areas of ee of an interest. Because of him we will defiantly be swapping our broadband from sky to BT 10 out of 10

Still haven't received New Rooter and 2 handsets. BT engineer came, but wasted journey. I've tried getting through to BT but no joy. Also couldn't set up mobile phone you sold me or watch. Eventually got to EE shop in Wells were the lovely staff set up my phone and watch, they couldn't understand why you hadn't done it.

Went into this store and was very pleased with the service I got I was helped by Brandon ,I believe that was his name he was very helpful and got my problem fixed very quickly and also helped me with buying my first Apple Watch too would definitely not hesitate to go back if I have any further issues in the future
