was served by a lovely guy called morgan, morgan helped me understand everything i needed to know and what i needed to do, he was very patient with me when i was not sure on what i was doing. this member of staff was very friendly and chatty! thank you morgan :)

Staff don?t know about pay as you go sim plan or offer. And can?t give me the top up voucher as they don?t have any printer in the store, what ?????? Amazing service . ???

Be prepared to waste ½ hour of your time
To be offered a poor, non-competitive deal .
Tried to buy a phone outright to then be told they can't sell me one .
Ie : they are not making enough from the deal, so they didn't let me buy one .
Was going to be 2 stars but the more I think about it 1 star rating is more than generous

I'm very disappointed with the service!
It is extremely confusing between EE and BT !
I had a contact with EE, and I was very happy! For 3 years, I had no problem with my internet!
Since I moved to a different house and everything went wrong!
I went to the EE shop 3 weeks before I moved to inform them about the new address, and they suggested a new internet with EE with better price and speed from the existing!
When I moved, everything went wrong!
I had poor connection, no signal, and very slow speed !
I called them, and I was on the phone for at least 1 hour, and they said the problem fixed !
The same day, we had the same issue!
Problem not fixed!
Apparently, they moved me to BP for better speed, but without having better speed!
I called again for the same reason. Again, I gave them the new address, and they sent me a new device!
Not working again!
I called again. THEY DID NOT CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND I HAD 2 CONTACT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!
1 ACTIVE AND 1 PENDING!
What a messed up situation!
I was on the phone for 2,5 house!
The resold was to pay £50 with 500 speed! With EE!
I am just 1 step of change my internet!
I'm not happy at all!

We went to upgrade our mobile connection and also to upgrade our device and the staff probably kind of a team leader came and asked "why why ? What do you want(very arrogant and rude) ? Then we said initially we want to change our connection and then he said you can do it online , We understood we can do it online,but the way he talked to us very bossy and we felt that he doent wants clients like us. Very arrogant. also, We obtained our connection from sheffield but the staff was there were very nice and helpful and but taunton store is fully opposite.

Need to be very careful when dealing the staffs , they will try to manipulate you and cheat you by forcing to take higher tariffs etc and also customer service is not much good . Some staffs are very rude and tough. No proper way of talking

Due an upgrade on my phone and decided to go in store (hate to do things online or over the phone) spoke to a customer guide who sent me to James (the other guy was polite) went over everything with James including deals I could get, even ended up getting a better deal on my broadband and TV too. Got bonus upgrades for the price I was happy with. James I can only thank you so much, highly recommend 100%.

the staff thought they knew what they were doing, but were totally and utterly wrong. "oh, just phone 150, they can sort it out !" 3 hours later and not possible what was advised. STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE
