I love the store but having no proper tills is annoying. You have to queue for ages to use the one till they have while all the self serve tills are standing there not being used. With only one person serving those who want to do a return/exchange or pay by cash would put me off visiting again. Bring back proper tills and service and less staff standing around chatting.

Lovely place, with a variety of prices and qualities for the house. We got curtains for the house! It was very expensive but very good quality.

We are working nearby and thought we would try the Instore Cafe....
After waiting 20 minutes, I was then told they weren't serving the breakfast as only two staff there (a sign would have been a good idea on the Cafe entrance).
So I had to settle for a bacon sandwich and a pot of tea. The server forgot to give me my pot of tea, and I was asked to show my receipt when I went to ask for it.
However, it was probably because I am a workman as that is what she called me.
