“This is really a two part review, the hoops we had to go through to get an appointment and the ridiculous objections that were put up to try and block the appointment left us feeling very frustrated, I would not even rate this as one star, which is frightening when we are talking about peoples ability to access healthcare.Saying that once we got the appointment I cannot thank Dr Quinn enough, he listened and understood and did more than we expected to help, and I cant fault anything about the appointment.My concern is that people like this will become frustrated with what seems to be the complete lack of any form of understanding when trying to book appointments, and will move on, which from my experience would be a shame.”
