Great value and excellent service. Had to return a pair of shoes which were too small and they made it easy to swap them with a new pair.

I went to the well known shoe shop to find a pair of slip on mens Chelsea style boots/shoes. I did find some but they were a bit expensive.

Not so great.Went for work boots.Prices are crazy for such like now.£40!Lady at till more interested in continuing her conversation with colleague than engaging with me.You may not want to look at me but I am the customer!!!!Will not return.

Excellent service from everyone I spoke to in the branch especially Courtney. I was debating about buying some crocs for pure comfort and they unfortunately didn't have the colour I wanted but Courtney helped pre order some. I ended up coming back and speaking to a few more of their wonderful staff and with some great salesmanship I was able to leave something new and a smile on my face.I'm sorry I can't mention the two other ladies that helped. Thank you all.

Went to get some shoes for my young great niece. Fantastic service with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. Feet were measured and a wide range of shoes were there for choice. So many choices, she ended up with 4 pairs. Really good value for money. Will definitely use again.
