Duggie today was appalling misleading and overreaching his position also trying to sell the wrong laptop for the application we are using for far more than we needed to spend with a pressure selling ultimately we didn?t buy anything and left so rather then a lower spend he got nothing and was rather rude with it. Definitely will not be going back to that branch.

I was served by a guy called Steve and he was really helpful he gave us lots of good information about the TV my dad was getting and helped us get the right one. And then he helped me with my stuff I needed as well 10 out of 10 service by him!

We collected a dishwasher and I had to return to it due to it being damaged. The customer service from Gemma was just appalling she was just rude, huffing and continually moaned about how much of a inconvenience we were to her. Will never go back here. I was genuinely shocked.

Decided what product I wanted within a few minutes. Contacted the floor manager. We were kept waiting for at least 20minutes before a member of staff turned up. He said he would be back in a couple of minutes. We never saw him again. If this is the best service that you can provide then best of luck. I will never set foot in your store again. Mike

Great products but crikey they have a lot to learn about staffing levels. We were promised help by a staff member, who promptly disappeared and was never seen again.
We appealed to a supervisor, who said she could only apologise. No, you could have abandoned your little chat and actually done some work.
Today was a necessary purchase but I certainly won't be shopping here again. A shambles.

Came in to the Taunton store to buy a new all-in-one PC, the customer service was virtually non-existent. We were told that as soon as someone was free they would come and serve us. A chap told us we were next, we told him what we wanted and he disappeared not to be seen again. We asked two other members of staff for assistance, and again we're told all staff were busy and we would be seen as soon as someone was free. Over half an hour later we are still waiting. Avoid this place at all costs, their attitudes need a sharp adjustment to improve their customer service.

Great service from Charlie today at the Taunton branch. Intended on purchasing 2 iPads (128 & 512gb) he suggested swapping the 512gb option to a iPad Air as the technology it offers is much better & probably wouldn?t need that amount of storage. Came away with the 128gb as the other wasn?t in stock at the time so will more than likely pop back in during the week.

Flying the flag for 'Store over Online' shopping today. I had been struggling to find something online and the friendly, attentive team in store were the difference. Between a few members of staff with specific personal knowledge I now have what I wanted - this is a well run team of people who clearly get on well with each other. My headphones are also significantly more expensive on literally every online platform - noticed really good prices on all sorts whilst in there as well. Curry's national advertising is poor - when did you start selling gaming chairs????

We had a lovely experience at Curry?s at Hankeridge in Taunton yesterday. The young man was very polite and effective. From picking the fridge freezer we wanted to leaving the store took 10 minutes at the most. A wonderful, pleasant experience.

Bought a laptop from the Taunton store. When home and set up I made a mistake and did not remember my PIN number. Went back to curry?s only to be told nothing could be done. Laptop could not be used and would not work. so I left it on the counter and walked away. Loss of £400.
