The doctors are staff are absolutely brilliant..But please consider my observations; get the windows cleaned, turn the TV on to a radio station .

This is really a two part review, the hoops we had to go through to get an appointment and the ridiculous objections that were put up to try and block the appointment left us feeling very frustrated, I would not even rate this as one star, which is frightening when we are talking about peoples ability to access healthcare.Saying that once we got the appointment I cannot thank Dr Quinn enough, he listened and understood and did more than we expected to help, and I cant fault anything about the appointment.My concern is that people like this will become frustrated with what seems to be the complete lack of any form of understanding when trying to book appointments, and will move on, which from my experience would be a shame.

Dr Balder and Dr Bob have been the best doctors I have ever had over the last 15 years . Dr Spreadbury also excellent . Unfortunately other docs have not been as good and keen to treat you quickly . Reception and nurses very good .

They operate on a model 'do the very least to help' especially Dr Vagra. Every time after speaking to her you feel down and frustrated, such a waste of time. The only caring doctor is Dr Balder. Ive had stomach problems since last November after GP gave me 4 course of antibiotics, it's already September now and I haven't even been reffed to a gastroenterologist yet. Less caring practice I've ever had, you feel yourself absolutely useless and not welcome to the practice, such a disappointment ?

I dont believe it even deserves 1 gold star. Considering the facilities they have i was disgusted at the service.I waited 3 days before i could even get an appointment.When i eventually got one i had to wait 50 minutes. To then be in a 2 minute appointment. I feel dismissed and uncared for. She did not listen to what i had to say she paid no attention to my symptoms and then Perscribed me a drug in less then 1 minute.The waiting room was empty so there was just no excuse. Overall im so disappointed

I love creech medical center the doctors there like DR Bob, DR Balder are the best. They sit and listen to you there not watching the clock like some doctors. OK they may run late sometimes but its well worth the wait.If I have to pick a doctors surgery I would choose creech medical center. ?? I would give them 100% friendly, welcoming and very good service.
