Young girl doing everything to avoid serving when there was a queue building. Young man serving and doing the drinks up. When she eventually came to help service she was miserable and just moaned about the fact they couldn?t lock up early.

Just had a Panini and Americano, nothing fancy but the two ladies serving where very helpful and friendly. When I couldn't finish my coffee they offered to put it in a takeaway cup. Just a thoroughly nice and pleasant start to a day ?

I dont normally leave reviews as its all I'd ever do but had to leave this one. I visited on 24th October approximately 4pm and the blonde girl on the till was lovely, I always complain there's no customer service anymore but she definitely had it. Then the female barista, dark brown hair, made my cappuccino. Definitely the best cappuccino I've had in any costa. Very frothy and tasted great.
Give these girls a payrise please

Worst coffee ever! The first cup was lukewarm and tasted very 'thin'. So I took it back. The batista didn't taste it, just poured it away and said she'd make me another one. I wish I'd stayed to watch her make it, to see if she was reusing the coffee grounds, but a warm toastie was waiting.
The second cup was hotter. She'd put less milk into the latte, maybe hoping that would make a richer cup of coffee. I couldn't be bothered to return the second cup. But I won't be returning.

Not impressed, there was a lipstick stain on my coffee cup and the Belgian chocolate chip cookie was soft and tasteless ??

The batista was really nice and helpful. She double checked my order was consistent because I had ordered at the machine coconut milk, but regular whip cream. Very nice to be this thorough, especially at a busy time.

Absolutely brilliant Service from Sophie. I was having problems with the app and she was so helpful and understanding and completely on our side as Customers. 100% committed to Delivering value and five star service. As a business owner myself I know the value of excellence and exception service. She is a credit to your organisation and I hope that will be acknowledged as she sets a fine example for the rest of the team.

Good coffee shop. Very helpful staff. Took order straight away even though till was playing up. By the time the coffee was made they had fix it and payment was quick and easy. Good experience.
Parking: Parking ok. Sight lines not the best so when walking about keep eye out for cars as they may not see you.

Take-away coffee was made within 30 seconds of ordering - not a good thing when you?re expecting a nicely prepared, fresh cup of coffee, during a long motorway drive. Half the cup was froth - so less than half a cup of coffee for over £4. Staff looked exhausted and unsupported - so bad attitudes all round. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

I had really bad customer service with two young blond ladies very rude they give toast I don?t want it when ask them to change it they say you have to pay again it?s so rude I never had any customers service like that before they work at this job they should trained them before starting work and the late taste like they burned

Members of staff have a dislike towards me and so when I tried to use my family and friends discount card, a huge fuss was made causing an argument and so ruining my holiday. In retaliation to this a hair was put in my burger. This sort of treatment is entirely unprofessional and I hope the whole management will be replaced with staff who are fair and live up to the standards they claim to provide.

Never again!!! Toilets awful,dirty and no sign of anyone to complain to. Costa Coffee Forget it,It was 6 50 and told gruffly to use the machines in WH Smith. Oops they forget to say they do not do any hot drink decafinated. Even the hot chocolate was not working McDonald's I don't like at the best of times as it was the onlychoice of food everything else closed. So left hungry and with a bottle of water Never will use this as a stop off point again
