Ideal for a quick bite to eat and drink while you re-energise yourself after a long drive. Plenty of parking for 2 hours free of charge and enough choice for even the fussiest eater.

never has any food we actually want, ordered a Big Mac and a normal cheeseburger but the Big Mac had no cheese or salad which I thought was weird until I opened up the normal cheeseburger and it had all the salad and cheese from the Big Mac along with the sauce? Looked like cat sick

OK facilities. Costa being refurbed... Conservatory and a large grassed area but in reality it's a giant dogs toilet which smalls horrid in hot weather.

Awful!! Taunton Deane dri thru north bound. Supposed to close at 6pm. Got there at 5.50pm behind another car and one behind us also. Starting taking our orders and the girl then said 'my manager has told me to close. You can get coffee in the main building' dreadful customer service. Turning business away!! If you don't want the business and decide to close early why don't you turn the open sign off, so people wouldn't waste their time coming off the motorway to do through a drive thru that doesn't wish to provide coffee!!

Toilets and basins filthy, looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for many days. I assumed they would be cleaned every couple of hours. Breakfast ok at McDonald's.

+This is a really good service spot on the M5 The Fresh Food section was excellent. Nice choice of meals at fair prices and good service. My ham, egg and chips were fresh abd really good

9.30 today, 10th May Worst services I have ever been in. Dirty toilets, eating area that was closed to the public but in full view, dirty with liquid and mess on the floor. Staff in Costa very friendly but the table we had was sticky round the edges and can't have had a proper clean in ages. The whole place felt cold and soul less. Never again !

Place is a dump. Garbage everywhere, all over the car park, paths, bushes, etc. Bins overflowing. This was first thing in the morning. Didn?t stop to buy anything; just a horrible place.

Dirty toilets as usual. If the toilets are this filthy staff from the food outlets must be using them and then preparing food. I would advise avoiding.

Disgustingly dirty. The women?s toilets could only be described as a cesspit. Stunk of wee and poo. Broken toilets, dirty sinks. Spoke to a member of staff who nodded and said ?yep? after my complaint but with no reassurance that it would be sorted, more an acceptance this was the norm and one of many complaints they?d had. I would never buy anything from as if the toilets are this is unhygienic what?s the rest like?

I have just Visited McDonald?s and it is filthy from floor to the counter that people collect their food. Lots of staff having a laugh and messing around to standing there not doing much. Told the Manager/ Shift runner how dirty the place is and how staff are just standing there not doing much of anything for him to just smile and say I will get someone on it. To then over hearing him telling laughing with the staff that I am moaning. At least clear the dried milk all over the counter top it looks awful and not cleaned in a long time. This is disappointing
