I have to commend one of your staff who was serving a gentleman in front of us. He was deaf and she used sign language to communicate with him, take his order and serve him with the utmost courtesy and respect. Such a small thing but I?m sure it made his experience more enjoyable having someone with those skills serving him. What an amazing lady, well done, so impressed with your skill and care.

Coffee place, great for meeting. Always background noise if you like that buzz. I wanted a smoothie and they had the small innocent smoothies, which hit the spot but didn't last long. Snacks look good, all a bit pricy for my liking.

My family and I will not be coming back to this costa . I don't drink coffee so was recently introduced to the chocolate fudge brownie frappe and can have it without coffee and cream. So this is my go to treat.what a let down at this costa .what happened ? We have been to both costa in town both sit in and take away and always had a lovely drink. I asked for no coffee and no cream .but had no sauce or chocolate bits either .it was an expensive chocolate milkshake.very disappointed ?
