Store was extremely understaffed on 21/08. I was stood at the till for 10 minutes before one of the two guys even said hi or I?ll get to you soon. Cups and plates were piled up on almost every table and there wasn?t stock of most sweet items. The coffee they made was lovely which is why I gave a 2, but they were drowning and needed some help.

The company will not allow
dogs, however, they allow children.
Only 4 Costa in the westcontry allow dogs.

Not a great experience. Tables needed clearing also was kept waiting to place my order.
With the what you have to pay for coffee and food you'd expect and deserve better.
