Very disappointed with the toilets? I did make a complaint regarding the hygiene, the manager informed me that the concern has been put forward to head office, but they are waiting for it to be deep cleaned,
Under the toilet seat was heavily stained, from the ceiling down the walls to the floor was a disgrace?a button that operates the flush was missing..

Went for a salted caramel frappe, not too busy but had to wait over 15 minutes to get served because they forgot my order, 3 people that came after me got their drinks before me and when I asked about my drink not only she gave attitude but also didn?t apologise for the delay. Got no issues waiting for my drink when is busy but not when staff is chatting and they only started doing my drink when the lady at the till asked them about it. Also the drink is terrible, it could be anything but salted caramel.

Ate in. Food served in bags coffee in paper cups, clearly couldn?t be bothered with the washing up. Extremely slow

Uncleared tables, had to clear my own. and both the toilets, were disgusting, I decided not to use them. The man coming out in front of one adviced me not to go in. So I didn't.On the up side the coffee was good and flapjack the girl who served was friendly.Won't be going back.

Ordered two hot chocolates, which were fine. Lady who served us was polite. However, we had to clear a table to sit at, as apparently no one was collecting the dirty cups etc. There were plenty of free tables (we counted 9) ,but none had been cleared! We were further disturbed by the staff, who were occupying themselves with dusting the lamp shades ABOVE the food and drink prep areas. We watched in astonishment as the dust floated down onto the food, plates, cups etc. Nice! We have both worked in the food industry, and decided at this point, to leave.

Have been here on many occasions, but sadly, this time, Large White Hot Chocolate tasted like hot milk. Will be asking for sufficient syrup next time so I can actually taste it as White Hot Chocolate.

The place seemed to full of large flies buzzing about, not just one or two but loads. Plus dead ones all around the floor of the counter. I?d already placed my order, which they also got wrong. I won?t be returning
