So unprofessional - cashiers were stood around eating takeaway pizza, the shop stank of pizza and they were chatting away to someone that didn?t work there, I had to wait for the lady to finish her mouthful of food for her to serve me, just not what you?d expect from someone on shift. As I was leaving the person talking to them made a comment to me (unfortunately I didn?t hear what he said) but the whole interaction was really unprofessional.

I been coming to this shop as a customer for a couple of years now on way to work and when I finish ,I find the staff all helpful and always cheerful from management to shop assistants,I ordered pastries for the local hospital latest one last Sunday and they have them ready for me when requested I do appreciate it.The shop is ways well presented and clean and great produce always on offer I do love my latte in the morning from the machine they have,this shop is part of the community and the staff seem to care about every customer they have in and make them feel special and brings a smile on everyone's face,I work in the community and know alot of people are always saying the same as me...thankyou co op keep up the good work

On 19/12/24, my wife and I visited this shop to return an Evri parcel. The person at the counter, who was the duty manager, behaved very rudely, displaying discrimination based on nationality.

This is a good size convenience store with most everyday products, it has limited parking but does have one disabled parking space.

Tried scanning coop app from my phone to gain discounts but this wouldn't work. When I asked the girl if she could type the code in, she rudely responded "she could, but they were too busy" and acted very unprofessional. Terrible customer service and attitude. I will not be shopping there again.

Refused to accept Evri parcels, pointing to a hand-written note stuck to the checkout saying they had "enough" for today. How about considering your contract with Evri as a drop-off point and customers expecting parcels in a timescale? If I can book these online selecting you as the drop off location, it must be possible to drop off. I have reported this poor service to Evri.
