I wish I could leave zero star.
This review is for Claire?s store in Taunton, Somerset.
Went to Claire?s to pierce my baby?s ears three times now.
First time: I was told she wasn?t four months yet.
Second time: I was told I have to pay a high amount which I didn?t have.
Third time: I was told I should have brought her red book which I wasn?t told in the previous times I went.
I informed them I would quickly rush home to bring the red book but they declined and said one person would be ending shift in less than an hour time and one of the workers asked me to go to another store (Superdrug) to go pierce my baby?s ears.
I feel really hurt and somehow feel like I was declined due to my skin colour.

One star as it doesn't give the option to leave zero. Booked for my daughter to have her ears pierced for her 10th birthday, received two emails confirming this turned up at Claire's to be told the ear piercer wasn't in. If they could send confirmation emails how come they cant send a notification saying to postpone the appointment. One very disappointed 10 year old, won't be re booking there and definitely won't be recommending, dreadful service!!!!

Kelly who did it was fantastic explaining everything she was doing so my little girl knew what to expect and gave us all the time in the world even though she was the only member of staff on and the ship was full of customers.

First time in this branch, the new management and team are fantastic!! Nothing was too much hassle and we were made very welcome and not harassed as we browsed. My wife got her nose pierced by Cerri and she couldn't be happy. Professionally done and she was put at ease. Couldn't recommend this branch enough!!

Called in for last minute ear piercing. Kerry was incredible. Despite it being late on a Saturday almost closing time she didn?t rush and completed both our piercings with care and consideration. Her customer service was second to none. Brilliant and patient. Thank you.

I went in there on the 1wrong wrong 13th of June and got both of my ears pierced with pearl earrings and didn't find a single fault wrong with the piercing service
