I went in store today to sell a Nintendo switch and I had to get home for an appointment and told the member of staff I couldn?t hang around so they assured me that they would do the test and that they could transfer me the funds and I would receive an email by 4 today and receive funds by 4:30 non of this has happened and I have no way of contacting them to find out what is happening

After leaving my Xbox 360 to get tested, I had to leave and go back abroad where I live. They assured me that a friend of mine could go and pick up the exchange money in my place. When my friend went there they told him they couldn?t give him the money and I would have to go in person. I come to Taunton once a year.
Why would they promise something they couldn?t deliver? They now have my old 360 for free. Poor customer service, the manager was extremely rude and generally a terrible experience

What do people in this store get paid for?? We went into the store and wanted to get advice about the cameras. I approached the consultant, he said he was busy. Okay. I went to the checkout to ask who could tell me about the cameras. At first they ignored me, continuing to laugh and talk to each other. When I asked again, they said they would help in a minute. I waited 2 minutes and left without getting advice. Meanwhile, the employees at the checkout continued doing their own thing, ignoring me and my wait. I do not recommend this store. You are guaranteed to have poor service and a bad mood if you go here.

Would love to leave some really positive feedback for Ben and especially Kerry in the Taunton store on Thursday. I rushed in 10 minutes having placed a C+C order 30 minutes prior knowing this wasn't ideal. But I had to grab an apple watch charger for a flight the following day and they both could not have been more helpful. Kerry especially thought of every possibility on how to help with giving me this cable. Kerry then very kindly helped me with a cable with less 2 minutes until closed. Would have 100% understood if they refused service but they could not have helped me more. I appreciated their actions so much as I would have been stuck for a few days without an apple watch or having to pay ridiculous amount at the airport for a charger. Thank you again, you guys really saved me!!!

It's a good store if you're collecting physical media. I usually collect old games like PSP and Xbox 360 and OG Xbox. They have an okay collection but it feels good to find a hidden gem among those sometimes. Their staff is friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with a really lovely member of staff regarding my switch and having to swap it for a new one. He was so lovely and accommodating and gave me so many options and explained everything really thoroughly he was an older gentleman with long hair and he really made me and my partner feel comfortable
