I went in store today to sell a Nintendo switch and I had to get home for an appointment and told the member of staff I couldn’t hang around so they assured me that they would do the test and that they could transfer me the funds and I would receive an email by 4 today and receive funds by 4:30 non of this has happened... read full comment

After leaving my Xbox 360 to get tested, I had to leave and go back abroad where I live. They assured me that a friend of mine could go and pick up the exchange money in my place.
