“I had a bit of a nightmare recently when a valve snapped while putting air in my tyres at Morrisons and the whole tyre deflated. I was panicked, anxious and didn’t know what to do, so I went straight over to Kwik Fit (my first time there) and asked if they could help. The team were absolutely brilliant – so kind, friendly and reassuring. They sent a technician straight over who removed the tyre, fitted a new valve, and then they even checked and did the air in all four tyres for me. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish, and they turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience. “My MOT was expired and I had booked and travelled to Taunton KwikFit from outside Bristol as it was the only one with space on the day. When I got there they told me they had to cancel and I was left with a baby and car with no MOT. A1 saved the day, I cried on the phone (embarrassingly) but the lady at reception couldn’t have been lovelier and they were so accommodating.
