The coffee was poor today, very little flavour at all and the queue in here is always really slow. Close to 20 minutes to get served - the queue in here is always really slow moving.
It's a shame as I used to like going here but I'll be avoiding it in future.

Lovely old building staff were ok but too quiet and no atmosphere at all.

Unique tudor building well located. At Nero I prefer to order the americano or mocha.
As others have commented if you look too closely or visit the toilets you?ll find it is a bit grubby + overdue a refurb.

Pleasant coffee lounge, lots of seating, wooden boards, atmospheric. Numerous things to eat. Spacious. Coffee was actually quite good.

Anywhere that charges more money why for a flat white than a latte is a conning you.
Flat white is less milk and less cup size than a latte yet 15p more expensive. This is Nero literally exploiting their customer base. When I questioned this in store the manager was ignorant and more concerned with what she was doing in the tablet/phone than trying to understand my issue.

Beautiful building but a badly run branch. Dirty tables, never any Wi-Fi working so can?t use the app. Very dirty and grubby feel. Toilets are filthy. Come on Nero you can do better!

Probably the most beautiful Caffè Nero of them all. Stunning and huge tudor building. Great service and lovely place for a drink.
