We come the Brazz probably every month. Nice atmosphere but never fails to amaze me how slow and unorganised the service is. Took nearly 20 mins to get a pot of tea!! Then no holder for the tea strainer. The Brazz is a bit more pricey than other places and I?m not convinced it?s worth the money. Will I keep coming?actually probably not ?????

Very disappointed with the food and service.
Rare steak came out well-done which I struggle with when it's £33.00 for a sirloin.
One waitress was lovely, the other was very frosty.
Waited a while for the new steak.that obviously hadn't been rested.
Cocktail was 10/10 but over all we all left pretty disappointed.

We were really disappointed by our experience at the Brazz for dinner. The meal was so expensive for the quality and quantity. £14 for small fish and chips that looked small enough to be a child?s portion. £20 for a bowl of pasta with a small portion of Burrata on it. £10 for a tiramisu that clearly just got taken out of the fridge pre made and was dumped in front of my husband! The service wasn?t great either - not very attentive and seemed to just want us to go home and not order dessert or coffees. Normally love the Brazz but the prices and service didn?t live up to previous visits - no wonder it was empty on a Sunday evening when there was cricket on in the town!

Expensive , small portions. Tables not cleared away when empty. This was on a Wednesday evening when it was not very busy.staff were pleasant and helpful.

We had a lovely evening here for my mother in laws birthday. We enjoyed the occasion, the wine was super, service wonderful, a nice place. The food was OK, I'm not sure if it lived up to my expectations though, i was expecting better food.

Arrived at 6.30pm to sit down at 7pm. Waited 45 minutes for our starters mostly OK, however I ordered Fish Cakes, turned out it was one small fish cake in some weird tasting sauce. The fish cake was bland with little or no seasoning. The mains arrived three were OK however the burgers were awful, sloppy and virtually impossible to eat. The Gnocchi again was bland and with a tasteless sauce. This place obviously can't take criticism judging by their reply to Feduptodeath, no customer service skills, instead of apology thy looked up their previous comments on other places and commented on them. If you can't stand the heat, close your kitchen.
