Ordered 3 bulk bags of cotswold chippings, advertised delivery after my postcode entered was 4-5 working days. Order placed Saturday16th August. So it should of been delivered thursday/friday. 21st/22nd
As stated by the Gentleman on the phone it wouldnt be delivered until possibly the 26th,as there's a bank Holiday on Monday.
I think there some confusion in there office to what are working days. And also falsely advertising to get you to buy the product thinking there will be prompt delivery.

First visit to Bradfords in Taunton and very impressed. Great stock and the staff were friendly and super helpful. I couldn't fault them. As a woman you feel anxious going to places that are male orientated but I would definitely be happy to go again and to recommend to others. Very impressed

Stupid little rat looking girl with pigtails will try to steal money from you by blatantly overcharging you. I got a quote over the phone, went in to buy my item and this young kid tried charging a greedy and ridiculous 25% more, not just a quid, like 25% more. Then ran off looking guilty when i questioned the price and told her she was busted she came back and told me her colleague had made the mistake not her,her colleague checked the price for me WHEN I PHONED UP BECAUSE I ASKED HER TO!!!! so she's a lier, and a thief, and seems to be doing this to impress her manager who doesn't seem to have problem with lying thieving staff members.....this is the THIRD TIME SHES DONE THIS NOW, so I thought I'd let ppl know. She'll be lucky if I don't call the police for blatant attempted theft. And also the service in there is ALWAYS LAZILY SLOW and seem to be unconcerned that ppl have things to do. IF YOU USE THIS SHOP GET A QUOTE FIRST OR THIS STUPID LITTLE RAT LOOKING GIRL WITH PIGTAILS WILL TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU BY ALOT....SEEMS TO BE AN EXTRA 25% WHEN YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM HER. Having arrived on Saturday morning to pick up my click & collect order the information I received to collect my order was vague. When I finally received my order and went home. I saw part of my order was incorrect. Monday morning, I made a special journey, at my expense, to rectify Bradfords error. After sharing my experience with a staff member, they asked, what compensation I was after. After a discussion the staff member took my receipt stating he would share this with the manager. Two and a half days later, no phone call. I contacted Bradfords where the staff member admitted he had not spoken to the manager, basically fobbing me off. Customer service at Bradfords is non existent. If this is what you want go to Bradfords. I expect a, dear customer reply, with the normal corporate meaningless waffle. Maybe Bradfords, just be honest and admit you made a mistake!

Our landscaper arranged for a ton of building sand to be delivered to our house so that the wall that is almost all built could be finished today. However, when we looked out after delivery very early this morning, the driver had put the bag ON TOP OF another yellow bag containing the cement that they were going to use! Don't people have any common sense any more? So now the wall is going to be delayed even more!! The bricklayers will now have to find a suitable dry day to come back to finish the job. Not happy.

Very friendly and efficient staff!I was there nearly closing time and they helped me to find and buy right materials.Really appreciate that so many people got involved to help me, even it was past closing time.
