I can understand that are times when the pharmacy is busy, having said it is so difficult to get someone to answer the phone . We are encouraged to use the pharmacy for advice,but what is the point if they don't pick up .

Staff is nice and polite even though they seem to be over stretched. I had to wait longer than what they told me because they forgot about me. I?m not making a wild guest, it is literally what happened, they apologised for this and even though is nice to hear the acknowledgment of their mistake I?m still very disappointed and a bit angry as my sick tired child and exhausted husband were waiting for almost 40 minutes in the car instead of the 15-20 minutes they originally said and not only that but they were doing things much quicker for people that came after me. Grateful to have medicine for my family but also with a bad taste in my mouth for the uncomfortable experience.

Appalling. My wife has just returned home in tears as a result of the way two members of staff from the pharmacy have spoken to her while she was waiting with our 5 month old who had just had his vaccinations, and was therefore upset. Thankfully another member of the public intervened and helped her out. Unbelievable. Will lodge a formal complaint with Boots.

Staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. I am always confident in their advice. I have my yearly private flu jab here each year and find the pharmacist confident and friendly. Keep up the good work!
