I can understand that are times when the pharmacy is busy, having said it is so difficult to get someone to answer the phone . We are encouraged to use the pharmacy for advice,but what is the point if they don't pick up .

Staff is nice and polite even though they seem to be over stretched. I had to wait longer than what they told me because they forgot about me. I’m not making a wild guest, it is literally what happened, they apologised for this and even though is nice to hear the acknowledgment of their mistake I’m still very disappointed... read full comment
