Lots of choice, not a budget beds store, helpful staff. I bought a bed so I must have been happy. A bit of a wait for it to arrive so it may still go horribly wrong.

Apart from a few too many emails and then the delivery team turning up without a phone call I'd give a decent 8 out of 10, too early to say if the bed is any good, I guess time will tell

Very helpful sales advisors, listened to us describe what we were looking for and pointed us on right direction, then left us alone to try our mattresses until we found the right one. Answered our questions with good knowledge and helped us to feel confident about what was a big purchase.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would, absolutely fantastic service in store and on delivery. Lovely lady and young guy helped us with our mattresses purchase, not at all pushy just incredibly helpful, from then on service was excellent, we had constant updates on delivery and were given a delivery 2 hour time slot 8 days before, the delivery drivers were fantastic, phoned before and were bang on time, polite and extremely efficient, a credit to your company as were the sales staff.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bensons and the choice of products was second to none. All round great experience.

Faulty headboard on delivery. Customer services very helpful but can?t say the same about one member of staff at store whose telephone manner was less than polite.
